Once the pax have done it 3x – Wall sit for the 6 + 30 seconds

 

2nd Round

10 Glute Bridges

15-yard mozzie

10 air squat

15-yard lunge walk back to the start

Once the pax have done it 3 times – Wall sit for the 6 + 30 seconds

15 yard Imperial Walker to the starting point
