Decreasing reps every lap
Starting with 10 each: Merkins, Big Boy situps, Squats
Extra credit for early finishers was one more lap and counting back up. Air chair for six.
Total Mileage ~ 3 miles
Then another set of decreasing reps (no run)
10 each Merkins, Big Boy situps, Squats (ended early due to time)
[NOTE: I would add another 1-2 exercises and start with 20 reps down to 10 reps at the end for the decreasing reps next time.]
