Warm Up

The Thang

• 7 rounds of Eight Zs with burpees and side straddle hops (28 of each exercise each round)
• 1 round of 4 SSH and 4 Burps to reach an even 200 of each exercise
• 1 round of 1 minute pushup tabata
• 1 round of 1 minute body weight squat tabata

We started the 7th round of Eight Zs at the 45 minute mark and finished at 51 minutes
