60 degrees and sweaty in the gloom this morning.  Double Bounce (not yet on the AO Pax list) and Drone helped Cheese Steak work through some hidden gems in the Exicon: started with 21’s (SSH–to five count, remainder silent to 21)…unfortunately one pax lost count and was issued a remedial Burpee math aid. Warm-a-Rama went on to goofballs, arm circles, crankshafts (Cheese Steak special), shoulder rolls, Finkle swings, lounge act, Blart, Abe Vigoda, International Two-Step (variation on Int’l Walker), and weed pickers.  Main Thang included 7 of Diamonds run to station featuring heels to heaven, monkey humpers, merkins, and flutter kicks. Next, pax were treated to calf raises, mountain climbers, bolt 45’s, dips (amrap plus two additional sets for fun), coupon triceps lift, “monkey on my back humpers” (a variation of the monkey humper, but with coupon), BBSU w/ coupon.  Mary included starfish crunches, superman, shoulder tap plank and Al Gores.
