YHC had the privilege of Qing F3Classic City on a crisp October morning. We were surprised to find the regular AO blocked off. Our suspicion is that it was to discourage tailgating on the first UGA home game of the year. One of the PAX found the only parking lot not blocked off in Athens and routed everyone there via Slack. Adapt and overcome. Aye.

The Thang

Mosey to grass for Bearmuda triangle

Bear crawl between cones and do 3 burpees at each cone. Circle twice. No Pax were lost in the Triangle, but there was random chatter about the ground being cold. Some of the “Bears” can run on all fours.

Pair up for Dora

Completing as a team, 100 American Hammers, 200 plank jacks. One Pax performing exercises while other Pax runs to end of lot and does 20 SSH, returning and takes first Pax place.

Fun run

10 burpees & 10 LBC, run to corner 20 squats-20LBC, run to another corner 30 Merkin-30LBC, run to last corner 40 Mountain climbers-40 LBC’s. Keep going until 15 minutes is up.

Back to circle. To help get over the fear of calling cadence, everyone in the circle called cadence for 5 reps of the exercise of their choosing.
