Another amazing morning at Porkchop Hill. Perfect weather for a beatdown. Folgers was there-so said beatdown could begin. I mean, the entire point of this day is for Folgers!
Warmup:

• The PAX did a pre-run, so they were warm.
The Thang:
Folgers Cup sole purpose is to push Folgers hard enough to earn over 700 calories in a single workout. He has one of those really smart type watches that tell him how hard he worked. We (FLO) decided that we would not meet the PAX expectation of a hard BD, unless he met or exceeded 700 cals.
Prescribed – 4 laps (250-300 yds – ish) and each turn (cone stations) had 4 prescribed workouts.
Turn 1 – The Coupon Turn
Lap 1 -Clean & Press x 25
Lap 2 – Thrusters x 25
Lap 3 – Dead Lift x 25
Lap 4 – Back Squwat x 25
Turn 2 – The Cardio Turns
Lap 1 -Burpees x 15
Lap 2 – Flutter Kicks x 50 ( 1 count per leg)
Lap 3 – Burpees x 15
Lap 4 – Flutter Kicks x 50 ( 1 count per leg)
Turn 3 – The Over by the bathroom turn that has the pickanick tables
Lap 1 – Dips x 25
Lap 2 – Bulgarian Split Squwats x 15 (per leg)
Lap 3 – Single Leg Glute Bridge x 25 (per leg)
Lap 4 – American Hammers x 25
Turn 4 – The Cardio Turns
Lap 1 – Flutter Kicks x 50 ( 1 count per leg)
Lap 2 – Burpees x 15
Lap 3 – Flutter Kicks x 50 ( 1 count per leg)
Lap 4 – Burpees x 15
Naked Moleskin:
Well…. Kudos to Drone – He completed the BD with his little extra weighted vest on. Gonna need to start calling him Topper. Folgers lead from the front, he and Drone came in neck and neck, but since the workout is Titled Folgers 700, he gets the WIN!!!!. Also, he and Drone went ahead and did a 5th lap, while the 6 was finishing. At the conclusion of the race the verdict came in……anticipation from YHC, and then those sweet words were announced……721 calories burned. Success All is right in the world! Excellent work by these men, YHC is really proud of the PAX for growing and consistently posting. Mumblechatter afterwards for a 2F and 3 F opportunities.
