Welcome to Frenchy’s Farm, where we specialize in cultivating only the finest physique our farmhand PAX can achieve.

Warmup:

Taught the PAX the Hairy Rockette (IC)
Imperial Walkers (IC)

The Thang:

Tabata for 10 minutes, working in increments of 50 seconds per exercise, with 10 seconds rest in between. Complete 2 rounds of the following 5 exercises to meet 10 minutes.
1-SSH
2-Imperial Squatters
3-Bonnie Blairs
4-Mountain Climbers
5-Burpees
(Lots of mumblechatter surrounding the tabata timer and routine itself. I will certainly be incorporating it into more Beatdowns)

Upper Body Circuit (2 rounds):
1-21’s Curls (IC)
2-Overhead Presses x 25
3-Bent Rows (R) x 25
4-Bent Rows (L) x 25

Farmer Carry w/ Dora:
Partnered up, one PAX farmer carries two coupons out 30 yds and back, while the other is completing the prescribed exercises, which included
100 Merkins
200 Squats
300 “Jazz Hands” (Calf raise while pressing arms upward)

Moleskin: Great work by all PAX, including Drone who completed the workout in his favorite weighted vest, and Flo who powered through, even after the Region’s first Pre-Ruck!! Announcements: we’re headed into colder months, and the “season of giving.” The PAX are beginning to brainstorm ideas to give back to the Athens and Watkinsville communities. Let’s keep the ideas flowing, and not lose momentum – this group has the potential to impact the lives of far more than the 20+ of us that meet. We pledged, prayed, and were on our way.
