Warm -o- rama – a random assortment of SSHs, Imperial Walkers, hillbillies, weed pickers, high knees.

 

The Thang

Identified 6 equally spaced landmarks in the parking lot. Each round the Pax would run to landmark one, do the exercise and quantity, return to start. Then run back to second landmark (further away) for the same exercise and high quantity.  This continues until all 6 landmark are covered.  PAX returning after the sequence waiting in a plank or air sit until everyone was ready for the next round.

 

Round one: Burpees. Quantity: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6  (up one for each one)

Round two: Lunge Steps. Quantity: 2,4,6,8,10,12 (each leg)  – accidently told us to to multiply by 2 instead of add 2. We did alot of lunges.

Round three: Merkins. Quantity: 3,6,9,12,15,18

Round four: Jump Squats: 4,8,12,16,20,24 – these sucked!
