The Thang: A modified version of the Art of Manliness Playground Circuit
2 rounds of:
  1. 20 x Bench Jumps
  2. Max Pull-Ups
  3. 20 x Swing Pistol Squats
  4. 20 x Swerkins
  5. 20 x Lateral Leaps
  6. 20 x Inverted Rows
  7. 20 x Bulgarian Split-Squat (10 each leg)
  8. 20 x Derkins
  9. 20 x Dips
  10. Traverse rock wall (or weird floating spinal cord tunnel)
  11. 20 x Swing Ab Roll-Out
After 2 rounds:
  • 5 x 50-yard Sprints
  • Rest as you walk back to the starting line and then immediately take off on the next one.

Finish off with pax choice of 3 exercises from the circuit, and mosey back to the flag.

CoT:
Don’t squander the opportunity to grow that is in front of us (like I have been).  Take a look around you.  Two of the prerequisites for growing deep friendships are desire and proximity, and there’s a very good chance there are multiple men in this circle who want the same thing you do – to grow as a leader, to be challenged, to not go through life as an isolated Sad Clown.  Otherwise we’d be in a heated gym on a Stair master or in bed right now.
Sandworm has issued a challenge and pursued me, and I’m excited about F3CC becoming more than a workout for us.  Let’s take advantage of the opportunity in front of us.
