The BackBlast:
After a couple months of posting at different AOs and our paths never crossing, Huffy agreed to post across town for a little reunion. With the other PCH regulars on IR or fartsacking, the dynamic duo grabbed their coupons and set off into the starry gloom.
Warmup:

The Thang:
- 15 x Squat thrusters w/ coupon

The Beast – mosey out onto the dark soccer fields
Cones at the baseline and top of each box and midfield. For Set 1, pax sprint to first cone, do 6 reps of the exercise, sprint to second cone, do 6 more reps, third cone (6 reps), turn around, sprint to second cone (6 reps), first cone (6 reps), baseline (6 reps). So for each exercise, you’re doing a down and back sprint divided up by six stops to do six reps of the exercise at each stop. Do this for six different exercises. (6 reps at 6 stations for 6 rounds… The Beast)

The Beast kicked our tails, but the beautiful sunrise and long-overdue reunion gave us an opportunity to catch up and talk about life – an impromptu coffee date without the coffee, if you will. T-claps to Huffy for taking the initiative to post across town and saving YHC from an otherwise solo Q!
