PAX Warm Up

 

The Thang

7 min emom – reverse lunges (emoms had choice of coupon or no coupon) – challenge is about 14 a minute or a total of 91, at least a couple of people hit 100 total

4 min, 8 round tabata – bulgarian split squats (hold 20 sec, rest 10 sec)

7 min emom – double pump squats – (i’d like to say I was at about 12 each round, i think someone was at about 18)

4 min, 8 round tabata – smurf jacks – (challenge is 20 every round, I made 3 rounds of good sj’s, 3 bad formed survival sj’s and 2 side straddle hops)

6 min emom – 6 rounds glute bridges (about 22 every round)
