Intro:

YHC was almost ready to call it quits and return to the fartsack when Lucy pulled in and saved the day.  With a sprinkle turning into a steady drizzle, we migrated to the pavilion after a soggy warmup and put in a solid 35 minutes of dense ciabatta (Tabata) work.

Round 1 – Arms (alternating exercises):

The original plan was to do coupon circuits for the second half of the workout, but with only a pair of pax I called an audible and modified the exercises to more Tabata.
