The BackBlast:
Intro:
YHC was almost ready to call it quits and return to the fartsack when Lucy pulled in and saved the day. With a sprinkle turning into a steady drizzle, we migrated to the pavilion after a soggy warmup and put in a solid 35 minutes of dense ciabatta (Tabata) work.
