  • The sprockets consist of breaking all pax into four groups at different locations.
  • Run to a location
  • There are four exercises at each location
  • Each group does one exercise four times and then rotates
  • The time of all exercises is 30 seconds with 15 seconds of rest
  • Rotate exercises until every group does all for exercises
  • Rotate locations
