3 Station Circuit each circuit is repeated

Circuit 1

Palpatine’s throne – wall sits
Lightsaber strike – Lunge and swing
Imperial Walker to find the droid (R2D2) and run back

Circuit 2

Biker scouts- hold squat and lean to sides mimicking driving a speeder bike
Alderan – exploding star
R2D2 – walking squats to short wall and run back

Circuit 3

Force levitation – hollow hold
Laser block – Squat and block
Run to bottom of ramp and do Force Choke – Heel raises (20) and run back

Circuit 4

Luke One Arm Hand Stand (wall supported)
Tie Bombing run – dive bomb push-ups
Imperial Walker to find the droid (R2D2) and run back

The Battle of Hoth

AT-AT climb the ramps (bear crawl) while a rebel attempts to encircle them (running). Once taken down they swap roles.

The rebel base was nearly taken out.
