The Thang:

Tabata-style workout. 10 Exercises, done in increments of 50 seconds work, and 10 seconds of rest. Followed by a quarter mile. Completed the circuit 3 times.

  2. Lunges (alternating)
  3. Merkins
  4. Plank
  5. Squats
  6. Calf Raises
  7. Mountain Climbers
  8. Erectors/Glute Bridges
  9. High Knees
  10. Jump Rope

After all 10 exercises are complete, run a quarter mile.

1 minute – Flutter Kicks

1 minute – Plank
