Warm up:

Michael phelps (10 count in cadence), arm circles forward/reverse (10 count in cadence), windmill (10 count in cadence), squat sit (oyo to stretch out), SSH (10 count in cadence), jog and drop drill (jog to light pole, drop for 3 count, jog to next pole).

Hill Tour:

Jog to steep embankment.

Part one:

Pax partner up. One partner travels via bear crawl to top of hill, backwards walk down. Meanwhile the other partner does exercises at the bottom. Exercises at the bottom of the hill:

  • Plank
  • Big Boy Sit ups
  • Flutter kicks
  • Froggy Crunches

Part two:

Pax jog up the steep hill on the trail. 10 count rest at the top.

Repeat:

Parts one and two both repeated a second time, but the second time exercises at the bottom were pax choice.

Parking Deck Block Work

Pax return to parking deck with cinder blocks.

  • Block swings for 1 min
  • Single arm rows 30s per side
  • Curls 30s
  • French presses 30s

Circle of Trust

  • Bogie reminded us the importance of savoring the time with kids while they are young
  • Huffy gave good report with CASA representative
  • Addi Daddi remembered Goggins quote about not being discouraged by people who are threatened by your effort.
  • The pax remarked on how moisturized and exfoliated ungloved hands were. Delightful.
