Description: Six pax learned and performed the Dune worm dance at the Oconee Veterans Park this morning and then played a game that involved level-setting pain thresholds for popular F3 exercises.

Worm Game:

  1. Rotating Pax chooses the exercise or defers to Q’s choice
  2. Identify a descending number of reps for four sets, like 100, 75, 50, 25 or 5, 4, 3 , 2
  3. Rotating Pax attempts to get the ball in the Dune popcorn bucket. If the Pax makes it, then the exercise is not done. If he misses, the exercise is done as prescribed
    1. for example Chip made his shot twice, once we avoided burpees the other time side straddle hops
    2. nobody else made the shot during game time

Two short moseys for breaks

Chip’s challenge – Chip and Sandworm bet the group that they could put the ball in the bucket. Loser does 5 burpees. Chip and Sandworm lost.

COT:

F3 provides us a place to exercise and have a place where people know us. Each pax silently defined a prayer for themselves. We prayed as a group for these prayers and pax were encouraged to share these silent prayers with others to be healthy and not isolated.
