15 Michael Phelps, 10 trunk twists, 10 windmills, 10 T claps, 10 overhead T claps, 20 cherry pickers, mosey around lot

THE THANG

First PAX does plank variation, 2nd does abs, 3rd is traveling timer with different exercises. Each round is done twice before moving to next variety.

Round 1

Plank, Freddy Mercury, imperial walker to cones and 10 side straddle hops

Round 2

Side plank, crunches, karaoke to cones and 10 Merkins and karaoke back

Round 3

Wide plank, flutter kicks, mosey to cones and 10 burpees and mosey back

Round 4

Alternating limb planks (one leg or arm in the leg and switch as needed), box cutters, traveling hillbillies (sideways) to cones and mosey back

Round 5

One arm and one leg up-planks, hello Dolly, run backwards and 10 tuck jumps and run backwards back

Round 6

Low plank, write alphabet in the air with legs (supine), mosey down and lunge back
