With the perfect, diagonally robo-cut IM field grass glistening in the sunrise, sweat already crowning our brows by 6:58, and much of the SLT downrange here and there, 8 pax celebrated the 3-year anniversary of F3 Classic City with a brutal co-Q by the two-and-only (is that a thing?) Huffy and YHC.  Without further ado…
Warmup
  • Windmills
  • Weed Pickers
  • Toy Soldiers (20 yds)
  • Butt Kickers (20 yds)
  • 15 x Merkins (IC)
  • Jog/high knees/karaoke back across field
  • Big Arm Circles fwd/bkwd
3 x 3 x 300 (Huffy)
  • 3 parking deck floors x 3 pax teams x 300 reps per team of each exercise
  • P1 carries block up a level while P2 exercises, yells “clear,” then P1 catches up while P2 exercises
  • Round 1: Merkins
  • Round 2: Squats
  • Round 3: Curls
  • Round 4: Planks (300 secs total)
3-man Dora (Drone)
  • Split into teams of 3
  • Partner wheelbarrow out and back, then rotate (Exercise > Wheelbarrow > Carry)
  • 100 Merkins
  • 200 Squats
  • 300 Bonnie Blairs (single leg)
CoT (Huffy)
  • Practice treating yourself well (balancing grace and toughness) so that you can treat others well.  It’s hard to treat others with kindness when you’re used to treating yourself like a d*ck.
  • Have other men in your life who can poke holes in your habits and ideas and challenge you when needed.
