Mosey up to 2nd floor of the parking deck

The Thang (Even Stevens):
3 exercises are completed in reps of 10,12, 14, 16, 18, 20

Set 1 Exercises: SSH, Sumo Squats, Shoulder Taps (Double Count)
Ex: Round 1 consists of 10 SSH, 10 Sumo Squats, and 10 Shoulder Taps. Round 2 would then consist of 12 SSH, 12 Sumos, and 12 Shoulder Taps. Repeat for reps of 14,16,18, and 20. Then the pax took a lap up a level of the parking deck and back down the stairs to the starting position to prepare for the second set.

Set 2 Exercises: High Knees (Double Count), Lunges, Toe Taps (similar to mountain climbers, but you bring your opposite hand down and tap your foot)
Completed for sets of 10,12,14,16,18,20. Then repeat the lap up the parking deck and back down the stairs.

Set 3 Exercises: SSH, Sumo Squats, Lunges
Completed for sets of 10,12,14,16,18,20. Then repeat the lap up the parking deck and back down the stairs.
